CHASS Australia Prizes: now open for nominations

The Council of the Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (CHASS) is inviting nominations for its 2017 Australia Prizes. The CHASS Australia Prizes honor distinguished achievements by Australians working, studying, or training in the Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences (HASS).

Taylor & Francis are thrilled to sponsor two CHASS Prizes: one for a non-fiction book/e-book that enriches Australian cultural and intellectual life, the second for ‘Distinctive Work’ – an exceptional artistic performance, exhibition, film, television show, play, composition, or practical contribution to arts policy.

How do I nominate myself, a colleague, friend, or a member of the community?

  1. Head to www.chass.org.au/2017-australia-prizes.
  2. Read the instructions carefully and fill out the online nomination form.
  3. Upload any supporting documents.
  4. Receive email confirmation of application within 2-4 working days.
  5. Follow/like CHASS Australia on Twitter and Facebook, and sit tight until applications close.
