This session will introduce the common types of ethics issues which can arise in academic publishing, and equip researchers to recognize and avoid them.
The webinar will provide an overview on when, why and how we can issue a Retraction notice, a Correction notice or an Expression of Concern notice. We will also discuss the responsibilities of authors and editors in ensuring the integrity of the scholarly record, and touch upon on authorship issues, permissions & consent, self-citation & text-recycling.

About the speaker
Didi Peng is a Research Integrity Manager within the Publishing Ethics & Integrity department and as a team they are responsible for providing specialist advice and support on ethical, research integrity, and policy matters with the aim of minimizing risk and ensuring compliance to the highest publication ethics standards across Taylor & Francis Journals.
