This workshop provides a comprehensive look at peer review, teaching participants how to assess papers, write reports, and navigate ethical considerations.
This session covered the common types of ethics issues which can arise in academic publishing, and equip researchers to recognize and avoid them.
The webinar provided an overview on when, why and how we can issue a Retraction notice, a Correction notice or an Expression of Concern notice. We also discuss the responsibilities of authors and editors in ensuring the integrity of the scholarly record, and touch upon on authorship issues, permissions & consent, self-citation & text-recycling.

Didi Peng is a Research Integrity Manager within the Publishing Ethics & Integrity department and as a team they are responsible for providing specialist advice and support on ethical, research integrity, and policy matters with the aim of minimizing risk and ensuring compliance to the highest publication ethics standards across Taylor & Francis Journals.
